A project that can be reviewed along the way.

  1. Describe one real journey

Show what a visitor or staff member needs to finish. A public URL, an anonymized example and a short account of the current workaround are usually enough for the first discussion.

  2. Agree the first release

We inspect the existing website and supported tools, identify dependencies, then agree deliverables, exclusions, access, review roles and acceptance examples. Language review and legal or accounting decisions have named owners.

  3. Review in a private environment

Your team sees working pages and representative tasks before release. We test the language switcher, keyboard use, forms, mobile layout and recovery paths using safe examples. A changed French page should not silently leave an obsolete Dutch instruction behind.

  4. Release and leave a usable handover

Production changes follow the agreed approval. Handover covers editing, account ownership, remaining limitations and the route for support. Ongoing maintenance is scoped separately rather than assumed.

Remote delivery with practical overlap

We are based in the United States. Meetings are scheduled with explicit time zones and daylight-saving dates; written reviews keep decisions accessible when working hours differ. Hosting location and access to personal data are discussed before implementation. We provide technical work, not legal, tax, accounting or certified translation advice.
