When several teams edit the same product or service, a missing approval can become a customer problem. We design CMS fields and review steps around the way your organization actually works.
From source change to approved publication
The scope can include page relationships, revision labels, reviewer roles, change summaries and a queue of translations needing attention. We distinguish a new source revision from an approved translation so an old approval cannot silently authorize new words.
Try a real change
Choose an anonymized service update that affects a page, downloadable document and form instruction. Walk it through the proposed workflow with an editor and a language reviewer. Check that they can identify what changed and where work is still waiting.
Handover
Deliverables can include configured content types, practical editing instructions and agreed test cases. Translation creation and legal approval remain separate responsibilities. Existing CMS access and extensions need inspection before compatibility is promised.
