DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Customer portals
Give customers a clear place to find documents and follow requests.
A portal can reduce recurring status emails when it answers a concrete customer question. We start with the information customers need and the staff task that keeps it accurate.
A focused first version
Possible features include invitations, role-based access, document lists, request submission and simple progress views. Each is scoped against the systems you already use. We avoid building a second record of an order when the established business system should remain authoritative.
Privacy and permissions
We map who can see each document, how access is removed and what happens when a user belongs to several organizations. Hosting, support access and data handling are decided before real customer records are introduced.
Check the edge cases
Test an expired invitation, a removed user and a document shared with the wrong account in a safe test environment. Agree the customer message and staff recovery process. Send a description of the task and current tools to begin; do not send customer files.
