DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Forms and enquiry intake
Ask useful questions and make the next staff action clear.
A form is useful when the visitor understands what to provide and your staff can act on the result. We improve labels, field choice, validation and follow-up routing around the actual enquiry.
Design for the reply
A service request might need a product reference and preferred contact method; an initial project enquiry rarely needs a passport or customer database. We reduce unnecessary collection and explain optional fields in plain language.
Translate the whole interaction
Language review includes error messages, empty states, confirmations and reply expectations. We test keyboard use, phone layouts and recoverable mistakes. A visitor should not lose a long message because one field needs correction.
What we deliver
The agreed scope can include one designed intake journey, a supported connection to your staff tools and test examples for success and failure. Mail notification alone is not treated as a complete workflow. We confirm the receiving system and the person responsible for responding.
