Possible work includes platform updates, dependency review, backup checks, form checks, broken-link repair and small usability improvements. Response hours, supported systems and exclusions belong in the agreement. This page does not imply round-the-clock emergency coverage.

A representative review includes language-specific navigation, a customer enquiry and a downloadable resource. An update that leaves a translated form unusable still needs attention even when the English homepage loads.

Send a public URL, the platform if known and a description of the current concern. We arrange the minimum necessary access through an agreed secure method. Ownership of the domain, hosting and provider accounts should remain with your organization.
