For the people who approve, publish and use a multilingual business system

The organization commissioning a website may have one budget owner and several people who determine whether the result is usable. Their responsibilities should be visible before the design is approved.

Service and commercial owners

You determine what the organization offers, what a customer may request and which events create a commitment. The project should preserve those distinctions across pages, enquiry receipts and connected records. A button label cannot supply an approval that your process has not made.

Source editors and language reviewers

You need to know which source changed, which version you are assessing and where the approved wording will appear. Publishing workflows can connect those decisions without treating every language as an independent site that must be rediscovered after each update.

Customer-service and operational teams

You receive the enquiry or continue the customer's task. The useful question is whether its service, organization, reference and reply expectation remain clear. Intake work and internal tools can make that receiving responsibility inspectable.

Account administrators and specialist advisers

You confirm what an existing provider supports and what the organization is authorized to use. An accountant may approve billing requirements; a privacy adviser may assess information handling; a language reviewer assesses meaning. FFL implements the agreed technical work without combining those authorities into a generic development sign-off.

Teams inheriting a site or portal

You need access, source relationships and a practical way to make the next correction. A documented page family or provider field map can matter more than a screenshot of the finished interface. Maintenance begins with what is actually available and supported.

The site serves organizations connected to Belgium through their customers, information or operations. Technical delivery is remote from the United States and in English. Introduce the affected roles, including the person who will own the result after the initial release.
